Next Phase Health & Fitness offer various groups aimed at all levels, as well as fitness
days to give participants the chance to really give their training a boost.
Boxing Group
What: High energy boxing class, a great alternative cardiovascular exercise.
When: New & Improved Boxing Class coming soon
Where: Next Phase Studio
Running Group
What: Various running activities, designed to give the participants different options to just running.
When: TBA, when the sun stays out longer.
Where: Various locations around Ascot Vale and Maribyrnong.
