At Next Phase Health & Fitness we offer you the chance to get a program written by one of our highly qualified trainers. After an initial consultation where we determine your current fitness, and talk
about your goals, we can write you a program to suit your needs. Personal programs can be written
to include both weight work and cardiovascular training, and designed for use in a gym or
outdoor setting.
This type of program is designed to give those who want some help with their own training an idea
of what they should be doing with the correct explanation of technqiue for all exercises.
